Sound能源將建管道商業化摩洛哥天然氣
中國石化新聞網訊 據WENews.com網站6月12日倫敦報道，英國Sound能源公司在倫敦宣布，該公司日前與一個西班牙財團簽署了一項協議，在摩洛哥建造一條直徑為20英寸的天然氣管道和一個天然氣處理廠來商業化其在摩洛哥東部地區獲得的巨大天然氣發現。
專注于摩洛哥的Sound能源公司說，這個由西班牙管道巨頭西班牙管道運輸公司（Enagas）、西班牙工程公司（Elecnor）和西班牙大型建筑服務集團（Fomento）組成的西班牙財團是根據建設一擁有一運營一轉讓（BOOT）方式獲得這項協議的。
Sound能源公司在一份聲明中說，西班牙財團將最終敲定旨在資助這個項目將需要的1.84億美元開發資金的計劃。

Sound Energy to Build Pipeline to Commercialize Moroccan Gas
Britain's Sound Energy has signed a heads of terms agreement with a consortium to build a 20 inch gas pipeline and a processing plant to commercialize its discoveries in Eastern Morocco, it said.
The consortium comprising Spain's Enagas (ENG.MC), Elecnor and Fomento has been awarded the deal under a build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) structure, the Morocco-focused company said.
"The Consortium will finalise plans to secure access to some $184 million of development capital that will be required to fund the project," it said in a statement.
